Adam Brostovski has over 20 years of experience financing commercial real estate. Mr. Brostovski joined GCP Capital Group, LLC at its inception in 1996 and was welcomed as a partner in 2000. Prior to joining GCP Capital Group, LLC, Mr. Brostovski spent 4 years specializing in the placements of commercial mortgage loans in the metropolitan New York area.

Since joining GCP in 1996, Mr. Brostovski has personally originated thousands of commercial loans totaling many billions in aggregate funding which has contributed to the firm’s dynamic growth and stellar reputation in the industry. Along with the rest of the partners and associates of GCP, Mr. Brostovski specializes in the financing of apartment buildings, shopping centers, office buildings and construction loans. Mr. Brostovski has been an essential ally and advisor to all building owners alike, whether they own many investment properties or just one.

Mr. Brostovski is a member of the New York State Bar Association. Additionally, he holds membership in the Young Mortgage Bankers Association, the Mortgage Bankers Association of New York and the Real Estate Lenders Association. Mr. Brostovski graduated from The State University of New York at Binghamton in 1984 with majors in Political Science and Spanish. In addition, Mr. Brostovski was a practicing attorney for 4 years after graduating from St. John’s School of Law in 1987 and became a member of the New York Bar in 1988.
